ANNIVERSARIES

The Golden Years

Part of our clubs 'rodacomerie' is the concern we have for each others well being.  If you or any other Coachmen or friends are having specific health issues, surgeries, etc. please let us know, and if you'd rather maintain your privacy, we'll respect that too.

Betty Bresnahan reports, "Ray Niemeier had emergency appendix surgery on Saturday (12/2).  He is recovering well but may not make it to the Christmas Party.  Jack is going to have skin cancer surgery on Friday afternoon at St Clare Medical Center."

We wish them both a speedy recovery.

RankenJordan / Coachmen  Car Show

The 8th annual Ranken Jordan / Coachmen Car Show was a success!  The weather was perfect, the food was great, and we had a record turn out of 164 vehicles registered.  Thanks to all the members who helped put it on.  The Coachmen Car Club was able to give a check for $5500 to the Ranken Jordan Pediatric Bridge Hospital.  Click on the banner below to view some photos from the event.

Mackey Young  1952 Chevy Pick-up

Let's welcome back Dan Hogan to the club.  Dan was a founding member of the Coachmen since 1957!  He has several hot rods: a '32 Ford Hi-Boy, a '49 Mercury Convertible, and a '36 Auburn Speedster.

Steve Maher  1948 Olds Convertible

Thankfully as far as we know, there is no news to report this month.

In Sympathy

Veterans' Day Parade

A very disappointing turnout of Coachmen to honor our veterans by attending the Veterans' Day Parade.

Lou Puricelli drove his 36 Chevy,

John Kakouris and Dale Skyles were in Dales 56 Chevy,

Bill & Patti had their 64 Impala,

Bob & Kay Meckfessel drove their 62 Corvette,

Dave & Rita Hill had their 69 Chevelle,

Jim & Heather Klefisch had their 68 Pontiac,

Stu & Deb Langer drove the 39 Studebaker Pick-up.

We all went to Rigazzi's for a late lunch after the parade.
